RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENTS: TENNIS-/PIGEON-/BOWLING CLUBS IN SWELLENDAM Notice is hereby given in terms of the stipulations of the Swellendam Land Disposal Policy, 2018 and the Asset Transfer Regulations, 2008, Municipal Finance Management Act 2003 (Act 56 0f 2003), as amended, that applications have been received for the renewal of the following lease agreements for sport clubs in Swellendam:

| Tennis Club | R278.30 per year, plus 10% escalation | 5 years |
| Pigeons Club | R278.30 per year, plus 10% escalation | 5 years |
| Scholtz Street (Erven 448 & 449) – | ||
| Bowling Club | R278.30 per year, plus 10% escalation | 5 years |
Objections / comments must be in writing and must reach the undersigned not later than Monday, 2 November 2020 at 12:00. Objections / comments can be delivered by hand to the Municipal Offices, 49 Voortrek Street, Swellendam, or may be posted to the Municipal Manager, P.O. Box 20, Swellendam, 6740.
Any person who is unable to write and who may wish to make representations regarding the above-mentioned matter may submit their comments verbally at the Municipal Offices, Swellendam, where he or she will be assisted by Mrs L. Baransky, to transcribe his or her comments.
