Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 152 of the South African Constitution,1996 and Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No 32 of 2000) that the public is invited to provide input on the proposed Naming Policy for Swellendam Municipality.
The proposed policy is available on the municipal website at www.swellenmun.co.za, all municipal libraries and municipal offices or can be requested from Ms A. Vorster via anneleenv@swellenmun.co.za
Comments and inputs can be provided in writing up until Friday, 25 February 2022 at 12:00 to the Municipal Manager at Swellendam Municipality, 49 Voortrek Street, PO Box 20, Swellendam 6740 or by sending an e-mail to info@swellenmun.co.za.
Those struggling to put their input in writing can approach Ms J. Etzebeth at the municipal Head Office in Voortrek Street, Swellendam to assist in capturing their input in writing, for submission before the deadline.
