PROPOSED ALIENATION OF ERF 4301, (HIGH STREET/IRIS CRESCENT), RAILTON
Notice is hereby given in terms of the stipulations of the Swellendam Municipal By-law relating to the Management and Administration of Immovable Property, 2018, the Asset Transfer Regulations, 2008 and the Land Disposal Policy, 2018, read with the stipulations of Section 14 of the Local Government: Municipal Management Act 2003 (Act 56 0f 2003), as amended, that the Municipal Council intends to alienate the following Municipal property in Railton:

Erf 4301, Railton Public Open Space, 1642 square metres
Interested persons are invited to submit written comments/objections to the undersigned by no later than Tuesday, 19 April 2022 at 12h00.
Any person who is unable to write and who may wish to make representations regarding the above-mentioned matter may submit their comments verbally at the Municipal Offices, Swellendam, where he or she will be assisted by Mrs L. Baransky, to transcribe his or her comments.
