Self-driven game drives, and dams to fish and swim in. These are some of the activities available at Kwetu Guest Farm in Buffeljagsrivier.

There are also three different farm accommodation options, all offering essential amenities, as well as WiFi and DSTV.

6 accommodation options at Kwetu Guest Farm

There are six accommodation options at Kwetu Guest Farm, including three self-catering one-bedroom cottages, named Springbok, Rhebok, and Steenbok. Rhebok sleeps five people. It has an en-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed as well as three single beds in the living room. Springbok and Steenbok sleep four, and each has a double bed in the bedroom, two singles in the living room and comes with kitchen appliances, built-in braai facilities, as well as DSTV, and WiFi.

There are also two one-bedroom apartments available near the main house, which sleep two and come equipped with the same amenities. Then there’s the Finley Family Room, which sleeps four and has a courtyard, indoor fireplace, bathroom, and kitchen facilities as well as outdoor braai facilities. 

Self-driven game drives and much more

When booking a self-driven game drive, animal sightings could include giraffes, springbok, bontebok, eland, and wildebeest. There are also waterbuck, and sable along with other small animals to see.

Bird watching is also an option, with an array of bird species and waterfowl. These include fish eagle, stanley bustard, and blue crane.

Furthermore, there are several dams to swim in and, for anglers, there are two dams to catch bream in. Be mindful though, fishing is on a catch and release basis only.

The farm also has 87 hectares of land to hike, run, or ride.
