There are two accommodation options at Melk Houte Bosch Guest Farm. The farmhouse has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. It also has DSTV, an indoor braai, a table tennis table and an above the ground swimming pool on the premises. It can sleep up to 6 people.
Then there is the manor house, which has four en suite bedrooms and airconditioning. This one also has DSTV and indoor braai facilities but the table tennis table in this one is accompanied by a pool table. It has a plunge swimming pool positioned for great views of the Langeberg mountains.

The Farm is close to the Breede River so water sports like rowing and fishing are available. There are also hiking and birdwatching opportunities as well as mountain bike routes.
The farm is also within driving distance of De Hoop Nature Reserve, Malgas and the Fish Eagle River Camp, which offers river rafting, fishing and a host of other watersports via Xama Adventures and Safaris.
