Notice is hereby provided that the Swellendam Municipality intends to construct top structures as part of Phase 1 of the Railton Housing Development. Approximately 250 names of potential beneficiaries from the Municipality’s Housing Database will be submitted to the Western Cape Department of Human Settlements for approval, based on the following selection criteria and in registration date sequence.

1. Households headed by persons who are 60 years and older:
2. Households affected by permanent disability;

The list of potential beneficiaries will be available for public scrutiny and comments, for a period of four (4) weeks until 27 February 2023 at the following offices:
