Salary: R11 844 per month – Total cost of employment: no fringe benefits
Special Conditions:
1. The appointment is linked to the term of the current office bearer;
2. Mutual notice period of 2 (two) weeks for termination of employment.
Minimum requirements:
1. Grade 12 (Matric);
2. 2 years relevant administrative experience;
3. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint);
4. Fluent in at least 2 of the 3 languages of the Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the diary of the Speaker;
2. Render administrative- and secretarial support;
3. Compiling and distributing agendas for Ward Committee meetings;
4. Take minutes at Ward Committee meetings;
5. Provide reception, telephone and office support service;
6. Record keeping.
