DRAFT SWELLENDAM COASTAL ACCESS LAND BY-LAW, 2023, IN TERMS OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:  INTEGRATED COASTAL MANAGEMENT ACT, 2008
(ACT NO 24 OF 2008)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 12 of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that the proposed Swellendam Coastal Access Land By-Law is available for public consideration and comment. The document is available on the municipal website at www.swellendam.gov.za, or can be requested from Ms M. Swart on 028-514 8537 at mswart@swellendam.gov.za.
