Please note that the Draft National Water Amendment Bill, 2023 AND the Draft National Water Service Amendment Bill, 2023, was published together in the same notice in the Government Gazette, for public comment. Unfortunately, no Memorandum of Objects was included with the notice.

When commenting on the Draft National Water Amendment Bill, the Draft Water Services Amendment Bill should also be considered, however, please submit separate comments for each draft Bill.
