2024 GRANT-IN-AID APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!
Swellendam Municipality is awaiting Grant-in-Aid applications for the 2024/2025 financial year on the prescribed application form on or before 15 August 2024 at 12:00.
Applications for projects / programmes within the following categories can be submitted:
- Health
- Environmental
- Solid Waste (Cleansing)
- Social Development
- Sports and recreations
- Ad Hoc support
Applications will be evaluated strictly in terms of the Grant-in-Aid policy that is available, together with the prescribed application form, on the municipal website or from Mrs Carmen Gaffley at carmen@swellendam.gov.za 028 514 8500. All supporting information, as prescribed in the Policy, must be provided with the application. Organisations that received funds in the previous year, must submit a final audited report on the project/program previously funded. The Municipality retains the right not to make any award to an applicant (s).
All documention must be submitted to carmen@swellendam.gov.za. No applications that are not completed on the prescribed application form, will be considered.
