NOTICE: CALL FOR INSPECTION OF THE GENERAL VALUATION ROLL 2023/2028 AND LODGING OF OBJECTIONS
Notice is hereby provided in terms of Section 49 (1)(a)(i) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred to as the ‘‘Act’’, that the first General Valuation Roll for the financial year 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028 is open for inspection and public inputs between 13 February 2023 to 14 April 2023.
